Honest answers
Where does this data come from?
Public records. Arizona cities publish building permit feeds for reuse (open-data APIs and ArcGIS services). Every lead cites its source — city, permit number, issue date — so you can verify it against the city's own portal in one click.
Are these exclusive leads?
No, and we won't pretend otherwise. Permits are public records; anyone can look them up, and other services sell permit data too. What we sell is the work around the data: the nightly pull, the trade + adjacent-trade tagging, the 7 AM delivery, the scripts, and — on Curated — the call plans. We also cap subscriptions at 3 contractors per trade per territory, which no national feed does.
Is this the same as buying homeowner leads from Angi?
No. Marketplace leads are sold after a homeowner asks for quotes, and the same lead goes to 3–8 contractors at once, per lead. A permit fires before the follow-on trades are hired. You are not bidding against everyone who bought the same form-fill — you are showing up first on work that has already been approved and funded enough to pull a permit.
Why do I get permits for jobs that aren't my trade?
On purpose. The permit holder usually already has their job. The money for you is in what comes next: a pool needs a fence (Arizona pool-barrier rules) and landscaping; a new roof opens solar and gutters; a new build opens HVAC, electrical, plumbing and roofing. Your digest tags both — your own trade's permits, and the adjacent permits that create your work 30–90 days out.
Do I get the homeowner's phone number?
Sometimes — where the public record publishes a phone, it's included. Most permit records publish the address and the permit holder/applicant name, not a homeowner phone. We never invent contact data. On the Curated plan, Top-10 leads include a phone number where one can be found from public and business records, plus a call plan; the Daily Feed gives you the address, the holder, and the knock/call scripts to work it.
Which cities are live?
Mesa is the launch market. Phoenix, Tempe, Scottsdale, Chandler and Peoria follow, then Gilbert, Surprise, Glendale and Tucson. We never sell a territory before its feed is verified live — if a city's feed goes down, we say so and pause that territory honestly.
Which trades do you cover?
Every permit is tagged for 10 trades: fence, pool, landscaping, roofing, solar, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, remodel and new construction — its own trade and the adjacent trades that follow it.
How do I cancel?
Anytime, yourself, in a few clicks: cancel from the link in any digest email or from your Stripe billing portal. Month-to-month, no fees and no contract — the same terms stated at checkout.
What if it doesn't work for me?
Start with the free sample — yesterday's real permits for your trade. Then month to month, cancel anytime, no contract and no per-lead charges you didn't choose. If you don't work the list, cancel; a list nobody calls doesn't book jobs, and we'd rather tell you that up front.
Do you work in Spanish?
Yes. Digests, scripts and follow-up sequences are available in English and Spanish. Arizona is a bilingual market; this service is built that way from day one.
